Expect Rats, Roaches, Mold and 5% rent ??

Welcome to Arbor Ridge 2 — where apparently the rats and cockroaches are considered permanent residents. You’ll see them inside the apartments, outside the buildings, and especially during winter. They even move into cars parked in the lot like they’re paying rent too.
The cockroaches come out from the electric outlet covers, rats run around in the attic, and somehow management still raises rent around 5% every year.
Some of the bathrooms also have mold issues, but instead of actually fixing it ...
properly, they just spray paint over it and call the apartment ready for the next tenant.
Be careful walking around because dog poop is everywhere like hidden landmines. And don’t get too excited about the pool — it stays clean for maybe a month during June or July before going downhill again.
Honestly, if you own cats or snakes, this place might save you money on pet food.

Me and my sister moved into the apartments recently and it was such a smooth transition! I can firmly say that Sondra was a big part of the transition into the establishment. She was persistent and very professional and made me and my sister feel extremely comfortable during the whole process! This apartment building is pet friendly and for my fur baby and has a wonderful homey aesthetic!

My property really is a hidden gem here in Sacramento. I have been living here for a year now and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff is so friendly and helpful and you don’t find that much here anymore. We now have a standing guard who walks the property all night and I love it being right on Roseville Road. Makes it very convenient to get just about anywhere in Sacramento if you ever get a chance, stop by and see for yourself.

Unprofessional, unkept, and overpriced. You will continue to have maintenance issues. There are rats inside of the apartment. They have infested the not only the parking lot but the apartment buildings.
All the negative reviews are real. Fake news if they say anything positive. The pools and hot tubs meaning both Arbor Ridge 1 & 2, have been broken every summer for years now. They only take cash to use the laundry room plus the washers stink and smell of mold and mildew.
Speaking of mold. You ...
will have to keep your windows open throughout the year to keep the moisture out.
Overall, it sucks living here and Kristin in particular is incredibly unprofessional.
Throw the whole complex away at this point.
