Hidden Gem
October 24, 2025My property really is a hidden gem here in Sacramento. I have been living here for a year now and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff is so friendly and helpful and you don’t find that much here anymore. We now have a standing guard who walks the property all night and I love it being right on Roseville Road. November 22, 2022Unprofessional, unkept, and overpriced. You will continue to have maintenance issues. There are rats inside of the apartment. They have infested the not only the parking lot but the apartment buildings. All the negative reviews are real. Fake news if they say anything positive. The pools and hot tubs meaning both Arbor Ridge 1 & 2, have been broken every summer for years now. They only take cash to use the laundry room plus the washers stink and smell of mold and mildew. Speaking of mold. You ...will have to keep your windows open throughout the year to keep the moisture out. Overall, it sucks living here and Kristin in particular is incredibly unprofessional. RAT AND ROACH INFESTED!!
October 29, 2021DO NOT MOVE TO THIS FILTHY PLACE! Rats come out at night. This place has mice and rats of all sizes and you see them every night. Roaches are a constant issue. Constantly a Mess and Poor Upkeep
October 9, 2019I have been living here for three years and I am very disappointed with this complex. The maintenance of the overall place is poor. There's constantly trash everywhere and there's a "gate" but it's never used and the homeless community frequently come through and rifle through the dumpsters. The management is unfriendly and does not do the bare minimum that management should be doing. We were over paying rent for 4 months and it took a new hire to notice the error and notify us. The adjacent ...street is extremely NOISY. Motorcycles and sports cars frequently speed up and down the road making as much noise as possible.Property Manager Responded

Bad management
June 29, 2017I have lived here for a year, during that year I have provided written work orders for things that need to be fixed in my apartment and they have not fixed anything. I have either fixed them myself or left them broken for them to repair when I move out. The pool has been broken the entire time I have lived here (11 months) but I have heard from my neighbors its been broken over a year and wasn't of much use last summer either, it has been high 90s or triple digits for weeks and they still don't ...fix the pool. They have many people living here with multiple nasty pets just running around the complex and management does nothing. There are homeless people rummaging through the dumpsters at all hours of the day.
