June 11, 2024No parking for visitors and you have multiple families living in a two bedroom apartment I don’t care about but this families have 3-4 cars so we don’t have parking you “are restricted from having more than two per lease “ the rules are not in force also try calling the office if you need repairs in your apartment alway goes to answering machine we no longer live there thank goodnessReview from Apartments.com
Great Staff
July 30, 2020My husband and I relocated from Orange County. We both lived there for about 40 years. Moving to Santa Maria was daunting , but the staff here are unbelievable. They made us feel comfortable and our apartment is great. There's more to see in Santa Maria, but if the people are as welcoming as the property manager, and her team, then I have nothing to worry about.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible Property Managers and Front Office
August 25, 2018Management does not care about their residents. They run this place like the slums allowing multiple families to live in one bedroom apartments. Police have come to the property six times in the last three months over drugs, trespassers, animals, noise, and other nuisance. The Front Office employees are a bunch of liars that sit around the office doing nothing. They even bring their animals to work. Horrible landscaping, terrible website, and they just don’t care. Arbor Ridge Apartments
August 4, 2015Arbor ridge is an OK place to live. It is one of the few places in Santa Maria that actually has a website. It is also not completely crawling with kids, which is nice. The price is comparable to other apartment complexes in the area, all of which are high. There are two pools with hot tubs which seem well maintained. There are also two laundry facilities, which are decently priced and take credit cards. There are also laundry hook ups in each apartment. Our two bedroom/1 bathroom is ...spacious enough for two people, but any more than that and it'd be a little tight. Spiders and silverfish are however a common fixture around these apartments. I can also see the evidence of termites in our kitchen/exterior wall. There are two grocery stores nearby, and it is located in the exact middle of the city so getting anywhere by car takes about 7 minutes in any direction.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
