Great location and management

I've lived here for 5 years, and this place has been excellent. Walking distance to UM north campus and downtown, 23 bus stops right in front. The building is old but well-maintained. The management has always been very nice and super responsive. You don't find much info/review about this apartment as it's small, but it is a great place. Highly recommended.
