Hello I have been living at Arborgate Apartments for almost 2 years. I love it here because of the 2 Ladies in the office. Priscilla and Jessica have been nothing but FANTASTIC to me, anything I need done in my apartment is done within 24 hrs. I have never had a problem with roaches/ house is clean so no roaches! The only problem that I have us that the apartments are old and the rent could be cheaper. Southwood your getting the money get rid of the painted over cabinets and replace the ...

I just moved into this apartment complex and let me just say NASTY, ROACHES, AND NASTY STAFF. I moved from Wisconsin to Charlotte, with the hopes of a clean and pretty descent apartment not the best but descent. Now the 1st unit that I was suppose to get which they both are manged by Southwood Realty (Horrible)is called Pinetree, I spoke with the Ms. Diaz and she was very helpful I completed all my application information online and was sent pictures of the until I would have(No ROACHES in the ...
pictures of course) so my move in date was 04/18/2017 move in time 11am, I got to Charlotte on the 17th with Uhaul and my car that I had pulled. I was advised the next day that I would be able to see the apartment until 2pm(ummmhh ok) so 2pm rolls around and I was about to see the apartment before doing the leasing contract. WHEN I SAY ROACHES EVERYWHERE IS WAS CRAZY!!!! More info on other site

The apartment is a one bedroom one bath , paying 600 for an old apartment. Things are falling apart, and its only a one bedroom , maybe 500 is reasonable
