Great place to live
November 14, 2017Having just signed my fifth lease recently, I could not see my wife and I ever leaving unless we decide to take on the responsibility of owning a home. The location is perfect and has everything I need within a couple of miles. The appearance is always well kept and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet with lots of safe routes for walking our dog. The staff is by far the best in my experience as a renter. They have always taken care of anything I needed and have earned my trust as a tenant.Property Manager Responded

Great Location and Floor Plans!
November 13, 2017The Arbors of Boerne is located in a residential-type neighborhood surrounded by single family homes. It is a comfortable, established complex. The floor-plans are well-designed and there are decent-sized closets. There are many mature trees and good green spaces where you can walk your pets. There is a good-sized swimming pool with lounge chairs for relaxing and tanning and a covered area with tables and chairs for enjoying an outdoor picnic. There is an air-conditioned work-out room with a TV ...in the area next to the pool. There are individual grills and picnic tables spaced in convenient areas around the property for use of the residents. Covered parking is available and that's a plus that is not always easy to find in apartment complexes. Each apartment has a patio where you can relax and enjoy your plants and bird feeders. It's been a good place to live and is reasonably priced in comparison to other properties.Property Manager Responded

No Place Like Home
November 13, 2017The Arbors has been our home for the past 5 years. It is not always about the 4 walls and a roof, but it is also about being a part of a community. Here we all look out for each other, know each other's pets or vehicles, and the management and maintenance folks are far more than people in an office or doing things for you when needed, they are like extended family, at least to my husband and myself.
