These apartments are so horrible!! Infested with roaches! There’s cracks in all the cabinet areas & bathroom walls so I’ll randomly see roaches go in there & only god know how many are back there!!! I’ve told them 100x & they do nothing about it, so I fogged My apt & they got mad at us for fogging... we’re just suppose to live with the roaches I guess! There’s been a lot of break-ins too, they have a security that just sits in his car on his phone all night!! Worst apartments ever! Take your ...

Not terrible but far from good

Just moved out after a year here. Warning: the model looks 100 times better than the actual apartment you will live in. At first the apartment seemed pretty good, but after about three months our bathroom and kitchen became infested with small roaches. Also started noticing that the kitchen cabinets were literally falling off the wall and bugs were living in the little crack inside them crawling all over our dishes. The vinyl wood flooring is so cheap that the weight of our couch and bed ripped ...

All of this we just dealt with but the final straw was that about 3 months before the end of our lease fire ants started coming our of our outlets and my one year old and myself we're constantly being bitten. We left with a $290 charge for damages. I'm not writing this review out of anger but as an honest review, this place is not worth it's price. I actually liked both the management and maintenance here but the apartments just aren't up to the same standards.

Disgusting...

For months I had their exterminator come in and treat my apartment. Constantly! And the treatments did absolutely nothing!My boyfriend and I both got sick from being around these things all the time. I even hired an exterminator to come in and take a look at my apartment and I was told that more than likely, the place had been infested before we had even moved in. Sure enough, the survey I turned in to the office the day after I moved in stated (in my handwriting), "roaches in every room." Fast ...
forward to the month before moving out, I basically left with whatever I could grab that didn't have holes or wasn't hollow. Anything that was in a bag was thrown into a washer, along with the bag. My dishes had to be bleached because I had the apartment fogged before packing (and still, there were roaches roaming around). The last night I was there throwing things away, a resident told me that I should have gone to my doctor and lied about having severe reactions to these roaches and that was the only way she was able to get the staff at this apartments to help keep her unit roach free... All in all, if I were able to give this place a review without even leaving a star, I would...

Bad apartment

I've been staying here for 6 months already and I'm always two weeks late but this month they walked into my apartment and took 3 personal items of mine and left a letter stating they did and said its on the contract. I don't recommend this place to NOBODY! This is horrible for them to do.
