I wish I would have seen this review when I chose this place . It’s not terrible but I moved to Georgia to be closer to ATL. This apartment complex is in the “hood”. It’s spacious but out of date . Be careful when looking through the rental unit , the floors, kitchens , walls, ceilings, and doors do not look like how you think they will . There are better options out there . Even though they are a little more expensive, you will appreciate it in the long run . TRUST ME !

Great maintenance staff! Yes these are older units, that’s why they are so spacious, but the maintenance team compensates for them being old by being so productive. They are always on time and communicative. I moved into my new unit and the next day they were on top of anything that needed to be done. I haven’t lived in a townhome or apartment in over ten years, and they’ve made this transition easier. They are trustworthy, reliable, responsive and respectful. Thanks for the awesome service ...

Not only is it terrible as far as maintenance and you will have a raggedy unit because they just paint over everything and change sockets. Once it breaks and it will they are completely neglectful. I waited over an entire year for repairs and it's filthy. They only fix up the units and keep the grounds clean where they are actually housing staff. The office and fake unit they fool everyone with looks absolutely nothing like where the paying residents live and there are 0 amenities and this is a ...
very dangerous neighborhood. I would never recommend any of us to live here trying to get out as we speak just came across this. They changed their name to try and cover up their terrible rep but this is formerly known as the Cedars of Chalet. You can't even get a delivery over here because apparently all the places that offer it have been robbed here and they shoot all the time.
