Love it!
January 6, 2025The area is great, there is a Safeway just across the street and King Soopers and Walgreens is nearby! The area is generally safe and most of the neighbors are kind or keep to themselves. Shelley and her crew have been great to work with and we love where we are at and look forward to continue being here! Rent is about where you'd expect compared to other areas in the metro area, we haven't gotten a renewal offer yet but can't imagine we'd get hit with a crazy increase like some people get in ...Denver. The groundskeepers and maintenance team are cool and friendly, and the ammenities are great, like valet trash pick up and a place to wash your dog! The area is fenced off which is great. Some people keep the doors open and the back entrance is often left open, to where I've seen coyotes come on the property to chase rabbits at night (there's lots of rabbits and they're so fat!). Some people don't always pickup their dog poop but management addresses it when needed which is great. All in all, this is the best place we've ever lived!Property Manager Responded

December 16, 2023My partner and I love living in Alta green Mountain. Richard and Shelley are so kind and truly care about their tenants. If you lease here you’ll find them both in the leasing office. Peter heads maintenance, and if you ever need help in your unit he’s super helpful, I see him working around the complex every day. The units are updated. The club house is a great shared space, with games, a pool, hot tub, and a complimentary coffee machine residents enjoy every morning. The gym is above standard ...for an apartment gym. The community is quiet and the location is perfect. Walk up the road behind the complex to the entrance for green mountain trail head. Awesome complex!
November 29, 2023Peter and the maintenance crew are awesome. They respond quickly to maintenance calls, are always out there cleaning up the grounds, and shoveling the snow early in the mornings.
