        I came into this apartment with Lexi and Tyler and they made me and my husband so welcomed and made sure we knew that this is our home and they wanted us to feel comfortable coming to them with any concerns or questions even if they couldn’t do a whole a lot they did their best which meant so much. I love that Lexi always acknowledges me by name and always communicates and interacts with me and my family.

        expensive, and for the money we pay, the parking lot is still icy in spots and the cement outside the apartments hasn't been cleaned in awhile. I like the apartment but for this price I would expect for the ground inside apartment buildings to look better.

        Living at Alta Green Mountain has been a great experience. I chose this community based on tons of raving reviews and a great tour, but wasn't sure if the experience of living here would actually be like the reviews stated. It really is. The apartments are very nice, neighbors are friendly and courteous, the community is quiet and safe. Amenities are fantastic, and the parking situation is actually good too.         The recent rent increase (2023) of more than 20% is the reason I cannot give an overall excellent rating. The coldness of the actuarial process, and the greed of the ownership is disgusting. This applies to all large rental landlords who have used the recent economic state to gouge their residents far beyond the inflation rate. Shame on the decision makers.         Alta is great! By far the best place in Lakewood. Wyatt is one of the main reasons that we love Alta. He's always extremely helpful with any issues.
