It’s a quiet and affordable place to live, and the new management has already made a big difference. They’re attentive, responsive, and seem to really care about improving the community. I feel comfortable and definitely a good place to call home

April 12, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThe property manager and leasing consultant (who have both now left) lied to me about MULTIPLE things with my apartment. I was moving in from Ohio and it took forever just to get pictures of my place; even then I was just sent pictures that made it look nicer than it was. I was told I had updated appliances and laundry hookups - I had neither. Dishwasher didn’t work on move in, had roaches in my kitchen, and no hot water during the 3 day freeze. Don’t rent here. They were recently in the news ...for not supplying a woman heating.Read More

I wouldn't live here with the asbestos and black mold throughout the entire property. They will cut out sheetrock leaving exposed piping and roaches will take over your belongings. They should be in trouble for allowing elderly and children to live here.

Also we have a very serious drug trafficking problem that no one seems to care about. I have witnessed fights, drug deals and most recently a building a few buildings down had a fire I stood outside with most of the complex and noticed no smoke detector sounds. I tested mine the next morning to find mine didn’t have batteries in them. I will not be renewing my lease when it’s up in a few months.

July 11, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comNon-stop issues, work orders that never get put in, or marked complete when they only did part of the job. People vandalising other peoples vehicles and writing nasty notes over parking, even though there is no assigned parking spots. Ofcourse nothing is done about it, or other tenants damaging the property.
Run as fast as you can away from here!!!!!
June 11, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThis apartment complex is a true head ache my water has been cut off everyday since November because of a leak they swear they are fixing but it still isn't fixed they do not answer the phones and close early everyday. Ask anyone around the complex the problems it has and you'll get more than a earful my suggestion is that you find another apartment complex as this one will only cause headaches.
