SMOKERS ALERT!!
June 29, 2023This ARIA property is decent until your complaints are swept under the rug! This is a smoke-free apartment complex that is started in the lease when signed! Yet, when I walk into my apartment daily, it smells like a CIGARETTE! Every day!!! When I expressed this to the leasing office which apartment it's coming from as well! all they could say was "I'm a smoker Too! If that's the case I want out of my lease! Uphold your leasing agreement! Put notices on these people's doors to let them know ...they will be charged!! These people should be charged $200 per month!.... How do you send out messages about keeping your patios cleaned but not a consistent smoker's notice!!!! All my clothes smell like smoke!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 7, 2022Im not sure why some people put 1 star but the apartments itself is beautiful, spacious, and overall quiet. The application Process was very quick and smooth unlike most apartments. January 18, 2022This place has roaches and refuse to do anything about it. The maintenance request are never answered. Manager doesn’t take calls and will ignore you.Property Manager Responded
March 1, 2022Pest control is scheduled for every Thursday, if you need service you must call or text the office before Thursday to add you to the list. Our pest control service will let us know if you need extra service when they inspect your unit. Please call the office so that we can put you down for this Thursday and if you need to talk to me, call me or come by the office.
