June 9, 2025I have had a great time at Arkadia. This will be my 4th year in this community. They are just professional, always on point and honestly, the best living experience I have had thus far. And I have lived in many high end apartments and living spaces... If I didn't have to move out of state for medicine, I would have remained here. May 18, 2025The building is very good and well maintained in a great location. All the front desk persons are really nice. The noise from the highway is loud be mindful about that and choosing the apartment. The gym is good but could be a little bigger, there is always people and sometimes a little crowded. The dog area is in the parking lot and is very stinky but apparently that is going to be moved and modifiedProperty Manager Responded

February 23, 2025I love everything except my experience with getting my packages. I think the building should have luxerone lockers so that we do not have to rely on the door people to take us to the package room. I don’t think they like it and we don’t like it either.
