Amazing location. I don’t have a car and it’s easy to access everything I need. Close to the loop, groceries, entertainment. Also amazing front desk, staff, and flexible management that communicates with you.

Front desk and maintenance staff are awesome. Leasing staff was accommodating of my delayed move-in date. There were issues with getting my security deposit paid that created a huge hassle for me to cancel the cashier’s check due to a leasing staff error with endorsing it and having to amend the lease’s start date, that snowballed into a month-long battle with Comed to adjust the start of my billing cycle. There’s also no lighting in the living room and bedroom, something I didn’t notice until ...
I moved in. The parking garage doesn’t leave enough room for two cars to navigate turns, resulting in near misses with drivers coming around corners too fast and large trucks/SUVs sticking out too far into the driveway. The biggest travesty is how expensive it is to charge EVs— more than double what other nearby public EV chargers cost ($1.09/kwh compared to $0.49/kwh). As a resident who already pays $345 for my parking spot, I shouldn’t have to pay this much to charge my non-Tesla hybrid.
