Arkadia West Loop has been an incredible experience from the moment we first toured the apartment. Ablavi did an incredible job finding us are new home and welcoming us into the community! All of staff have amazing personalities and always find a solution to any problems or questions that arise.

I enjoy the quiet community, the staff, and the responsiveness to any maintenance needs. The construction over time living here, without any accommodation in rent prices, has been a little frustrating.

Amenities are nice and always spotless. Expensive to rent and wish hot tub was open longer but overall great. Front Desk staff and maintenance staff are amazing and cared about by residents so much.

really enjoy living here. The staff is great and the building is very well maintained. My only piece of feedback is about the windows. I believe they are only cleaned twice a year, but with the size of the windows and the great views, quarterly cleanings would make more sense and a big difference. Looking at the dirt for months is not nice. I just renewed my lease for the third year, and overall I’m very happy here.

My experience at Arkadia has been nothing short of smooth. My last 4 years of apartment living has been stifled by poor management and unkept buildings, and Arkadia has proven to be the opposite thus far. The doormen and the leasing staff are kind and helpful, a trait difficult to find in most apartment buildings. Highly recommend looking for an apartment in this building.

The apartment is very clean and the view is nice and there’s not a lot of noise from outside nor the neighbors. The kitchen is very clean as well and the bathroom is also very clean which is always really good.
