Hello Future Tenants: Arllis Arms Apartments is located in the ever-changing beauty of Capitol Hill. Our home is centrally located on 15Th Ave., short walk in all directions will take you on a journey to many of our wonderful boutique’s shops, mouthwatering eateries, and a genre of entertainment. Our apartments are one bedroom only. The apartments have been renovated with new paint, hardwood flooring, some weill have carpet, cabinets and lighting. The complex sits up from the street with a beautiful year-round blooming of color in the massive garden that lays await. We have two laundry rooms on-site and reserved parking available, while spots last.

I really enjoyed living in Arllis Arms Apartments in the 15th Ave section of Capitol Hill in Seattle. Great location on 15th Ave - and within walking distance of downtown Seattle; Close by Trader Joes, the Co-op, Safeway, and QFC. Loved the balcony in my apartment - it was very peaceful, and had a great view of the city. (It was fun to watch the wild birds, and squirrels).
