Stolen packages very often

This place has gone downhill badly. I’ve lived here for 2 years, and what used to be manageable is now completely unacceptable. Package theft is out of control — it’s not just occasional anymore, it’s constant. Management does absolutely nothing about it and clearly doesn’t care about residents’ concerns. Recently, things got even worse with a massive robbery where people actually invaded the locker room and stole over 100 packages. That’s not just negligence — that’s a serious security failure. ...
No real response, no accountability, no meaningful changes afterward. It’s extremely frustrating to pay to live somewhere that feels this unsafe and poorly managed. Would not recommend.

First and foremost, they have had 3 apartment managers in the last 5 years. The complex had to have a massive bug extermination plan that costed most of their residents a tremendous amount of money to move furniture and belongings in their units because exterminators had to come in on scheduled times. this place. Residents let their children #2 in the pool; black mold and the cockroach infestation issues in all of the buildings has forced any good residents out. The garages are filthy and disgusting, people steal your packages regularly. The office staff are absolutely terrible. These people have the nerve to raise the rent on units that were infested with cockroaches and when I say infested, I mean literally crawling out of the drains and floor boards. We are especially concerned to learn that rent was increased on units that were experiencing such a severe cockroach infestation, with them literally crawling from drains and floorboards. Great place to stay, lovely community! Dog parks are kinda not so clean, but that's only because people don't pick up after there animals. I live in 8680, we just received new hallway, and lobby flooring throughout our building! The parking garage doesn't really smell to good most of the time, but it a parking garage with dumpsters, so it's to be expected. Overall myself and my pet really love calling this community home!

The move in experience has been good. There have been a few issues that were frustrating to take care of at the beginning of the move in process. I had multiple extra charges to my account that were put there by accident. The leasing office was quick to fix it but I had to bring it to their attention. The main bedroom does not have a light.
