      It's been a good experience so far, the staff is nice and accomodating Something to work on is the timeline of maintenance requests. So far I've submitted two and both times i waiting 2 weeks with no response so i had to email to get a response. This process should be a lot quicker.

      I’ve lived here for just a week, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I first toured the property, I could tell there was something different about this place — it’s clear the management and staff actually care about the residents and the community they’re building. The location couldn’t be better. It’s close to all the essentials — grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and public transit — while still feeling tucked away enough ...
      to be peaceful. I love that I can get downtown in just a few minutes but still enjoy quiet evenings without constant city noise. The area feels safe, and I’ve often gone for walks late at night without any issues. If you’re looking for a place that combines great location, top-notch amenities, responsive staff, and a true community vibe, I can’t recommend this place enough.

      We just moved in and everyone has been super friendly and helpful! The workers in the leasing office offer great information and are eager to help the residents. The maintenance team goes above and beyond for the residents, making sure everything is working and great with communication!

      Great place to live, especially if you like privacy. Neighbors acknowledge each other but never bother. Place is clean and maintenance always responds when needed. I've had some issue with the mailroom but it seems it was a one-time thing (hence the 4 stars).

      Nice apartment, although I had issues with dishwasher and tub faucet as soon as I move in. Both were fixed in a timely manner. Also my bike was stolen from the garage 2 weeks after I moved it. I now keep it locked on a different level from my parking space.

      I just arrived and the transition was seamless. Employees are very nice and helpful. The location is amazing and the building is new. It’s rare to find central air this close to the beach.
