The leasing office is always very prompt and helpful, and it's a nice luxury to have a heated parking garage, especially living in Minnesota. January 29, 2026I like living here, it’s mostly quiet. There’s a lot of food & shopping. The amenities are scare but the apartments are spacious. The building is older, there are frequent “fixes” around the property constantly. The rent is pretty reasonable I’ve found cheaper but I don’t feel like moving.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026The apartment itself is very nice, with spacious rooms and a great overall layout. The amount of space you get really stands out and makes living here enjoyable. That said, the accommodations have been somewhat hit or miss. There have been times when things weren’t working properly, though when everything is working, the apartment is genuinely very nice. The property manager, Heather, is extremely kind and does her best to take care of residents. She knows the community well and works hard to ...get issues resolved. Occasionally there is some miscommunication on the maintenance side, which can slow things down. Overall, despite a few operational hiccups, I would still recommend the apartment based on the quality and comfort of the living space.Property Manager Responded
