January 22, 2026Very nice complex. Like that. It's all one level and no two or three story apartments. The pool in the gym are really nice and I enjoyed those. But I don't care for the trash service. I don't need it. The dumpster is right by my house and I rarely put trash out by my door. There is a nice area behind my condo to walk my dog and that's really goodReview from Apartments.com

December 17, 2025The neighborhood is very nice and cozy, neighbors are relatively quiet but can’t speak for other residence. The property is on culebra that is the only true downside is dealing with traffic day in and day out especially when school is in. So far still enjoying my stay.Review from Apartments.com

November 20, 2025I lived here for 12 months, kept everything clean. Was hardly there. Then when the lease was up, they hit me with a $500 bill saying the under carpet was stained. July 22, 2025Four years ago, I experienced the loss of my husband and made the decision to downsize. While I did not wish to sell my home, I opted to rent it out. In my choice of arroyo deco. I was drawn to its proximity to the only area I have known for the past decade. It is astonishing how fortunate I am to have made this decision. I am deeply in love with my new home. I like how everybody greets others every time they meet, but still in a way that keeps privacy.
