We have trouble with the air conditioning for months and it still being worked on. A lot of run around and no follow thru. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

While a complete system replacement was initiated, the manufacturer's warranty protocol for a defective new part unfortunately extended the timeline beyond our control. To ensure your home remained cooled during this wait, our team provided two portable A/C units; exceeding our standard temporary coverage. Very nice complex. Like that. It's all one level and no two or three story apartments. The pool in the gym are really nice and I enjoyed those. But I don't care for the trash service. I don't need it. The dumpster is right by my house and I rarely put trash out by my door. There is a nice area behind my condo to walk my dog and that's really good

The neighborhood is very nice and cozy, neighbors are relatively quiet but can’t speak for other residence. The property is on culebra that is the only true downside is dealing with traffic day in and day out especially when school is in. So far still enjoying my stay.

I lived here for 12 months, kept everything clean. Was hardly there. Then when the lease was up, they hit me with a $500 bill saying the under carpet was stained. Ridiculous, well i refused to pay for something i didnt do. So its been on my credit report for the past 6 years.
