July 22, 2025Four years ago, I experienced the loss of my husband and made the decision to downsize. While I did not wish to sell my home, I opted to rent it out. In my choice of arroyo deco. I was drawn to its proximity to the only area I have known for the past decade. It is astonishing how fortunate I am to have made this decision. I am deeply in love with my new home. July 21, 2025It's quite a place, makes you feel like you're out of the town, but at the same time near to everywhere. I like how everybody greets others every time they meet, but still in a way that keeps privacy.
