Worn out & Roach infested
October 23, 2018I lived here for what turned out to be the worst rental experience ever. Free wi-fi ? That's great but it seldom works. When I moved in Free cable was also on the lease but was stop shortly as it was being pirated by the landlord. Young professionals? Do Hookers count. Numerous street people had the gate code so one never knew who was going to be sleeping in the courtyard. Numerous package thefts. Antiquated air condition unable to cool in Vegas heat. A portable space heater is what they give ...tenants for heat. Absentee landlord lives in California and there is No property manager. Best Deal in Las Vegas
September 26, 2015I've lived here for almost a year and I love this place! Gated entry, gated parking, beautifully remodeled apartments and great neighbors are some of the reasons I would recommend this place. If that's not enough for you, your rent includes ALL utilities. That's right! Electric, gas, water, sewer, cable TV and WIFI all for less than you would pay for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment in most areas of Las Vegas. Minutes to Downtown or the Strip corridor by car and walking distance to Rock n'Oodles, ...First Friday, Dino's, Viva Arepas, Art of Flavors and Luv It Custard. They've done an amazing job transforming the courtyard into a lush tropical area that's perfect for enjoying an evening outdoors. There's security cameras and full-time, on the premises maintenance.
