RUDEST CALL I HAVE EVER HAVE
August 4, 2023I called to see if I could rent an apartment... she was sooo rude. Second I said I couldnt qualify for the 2 bed room she had she literally slammed the phone down.. I heard it hit... WOULDNT RENT HERE IF YOU PAID ME... she needs to be very far from customers.Property Manager Responded

Great Facility and Great Staff!
November 22, 2022Finding the Ascend property was like discovering a hidden gem. Well maintained, clean and inviting. Everything you need to make you and your furry friends feel at home is here at Ascend. Washer and dryer in the unit, a clubhouse to use for parties and a lovely dog park to enjoy. Paying rent is easy using their online rent pay and when I need any maintenance I can easily fill out a request online. They respond quickly to any questions I have. August 26, 2022Everything looks and seems great until you move in. After moving in you start to see all the problems such as old electrical wiring which I’m sure is not up to code, and mold everywhere! It’s in the walls, floors, and I’m sure in the ceilings as well. When ever someone shuts the doors to the building the entire building shakes! They are remodeling but it is nothing more than trying to make things look pretty and they are doing nothing to fix the real problems such as foundation and structural ...issues. The bugs/pest such as roaches are a nightmare and have been an issue for years! They say they will come spray to fix the problems but never show up. They have recently started to sticker people’s cars in the parking lot threading to have them towed for illegal tags (out of date tags) when the tags are not expired?
