DONT MOVE HERE
August 24, 2022these are the worst apartments i've ever lived in.....the rent is way too high and nothing ever works, the ac is covered in yrs worth of dust and has never been cleaned, im currently in an 85 degree apartment, pregnant and with my 2 yr old.......nothing is worth the price hereReview from Apartments.com

June 12, 2017They are very unprofessional they tried to charge use for the bed bug problem because of the old carpet they didn't change and numerous other things that we told them about before we moved in and we put it on the walk through paper and still they never fixed the problems. Then they claim quote quote lost our file. It was a waste if I knew I would have saved time and money and never lived there. They have roaches so bad even the exterminator couldn't get rid of them I didn't like that and that's ...why I'm no longer living there so please whatever you do don't live here you will save yourself plenty of headaches.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 8, 2015La Villas De La Luz is a very nice community. They have very pretty beautiful apartment with a big living room. Minutes from walking distance to the store, schools , restaurants and transportation. Nice office with nice staff members. Two big pools and a little park with a basketball court. August 4, 2015I am currently living in a 2 bedroom low income apartment that I share with my mom and brother. Amenities are limited and not always up to par. Which means I have to leave my complex to work out or swim. Maintainence is not dependable & they rarely fix the problem when they do show. There is a HUGE pest control problem and parking is a task every night I come home. On top of that the parking lot is always filled with broken bottles and loose trash.
