When moving to this apartment make sure to take pictures of every broken, dent, or stain in the apartment (even the patio). Make sure to document everything on your moving sheet with pictures attached, make a copy for your records before turning in this document to the office ( video record turning in this document with the pictures). They will use this against you when you move out. When moving out even if you leave the apartment spotless, they will charge you as you did not clean the ...

apartment. They will even charge you for previous dent, stain, all things already broken and you will not get your deposit back. ( also make sure to take detailed pictures before moving out. when turning in your keys make sure to provide them with pictures of how spotless you leave your apt) This property lacks ethics or value. This is not an ideal place to move in.

This apartment complex is the worst thing that can happen to be human, I would not recommend it to the wild animals on the planet administration is the worst thing you can see, things that happen to a resident in this place is unusual , They should take disciplinary measures with this administration, here I am paying up-to-date and without a penny missing only receive bad services and actions against the tranquility

The apartments are nice and cozy, nothing too luxurious but comfortable and the area is nice and peaceful for the most part, alot of renovations have helped make this community better over time, and the rates are great for the area!
