Maintenance is lazy and nonchalant. I had a gas leak and a water leak from my ceiling its going on 2 weeks and no one has come to fix anything. I called the office and Brian stated they had to resubmit my work order as if it wasnt already sent in. They dont care at all. A gas leak is pretty urgent and they are dragging their feet. Im breaking my lease asap. I cant do it. I cant cook meanwhile i have a fridge full of food. When i take a shower the water temp changes while showering it will get ...
super hot or super cold. I called that in but its still not working properly. The kitchen drawers fall out. When they got the apt ready I could tell they literally painted over everything. LASTLY , on my move in date the apt wasnt ready still. THe door wasnt taking the key and maintainence took 2 days to fix it . Also they tub had to be resurfaced and the man was literally resurfacing the tub and spraying chemicals while I was in there . I ended up moving in 5 days after my "movein" date and I had to demand that some money was taken off for next months rent. RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE .NOT SAFE AT ALL. UNORGANIZED. UNPROFESSIONAL. Even the lawn ppl do a raggedy job. RAGGEDY!!!!!!!!!! Also the Valet trash is a JOKE!!!!!

One important mail and package got stolen but whenever you complain it’s as if they don’t care. Cracked/broken ceiling and clogged sink for so many months and the person in charge in the office will just tell you “we’ll get back at you”. They conducted yearly inspection last Jan 2019 and pretty sure all the complaints is in the record but no one came over to fix it and hey it’s already May. When they send notice about the rent and you got delayed for a few days they’ll send you a bunch of notice ...
but when it comes to fixing about your complaints it will take forever and worst they wont fix it.

Horrible experience with the staff at this office . They are rude and disrespectful. The staff lie and say whatever you want to hear to get you out of the office . I was recently in the office and while I was there trying to get my issue resolved other people were coming in complaining. I wish that they were more professional.

First they lied about the apartment, they showed me a one bedroom but moved me into a Studio. That is not what I asked for. They we so nice til I moved in the suddenly my phone calls are being ignored. Don't get me started on how they try to cut you off before you finish talking. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Will def be leave as soon as my lease it up.

im a former tenant..i was ready to move out by the second month there. no one ever calls back in the office and it takes weeks for service request to be completed. They lost the spare key to my apartment, i had a service request and received an email saying it was complete then i had mentioned it to them in the office and they said they don't even have a key. The apartments are old and need MAJOR work. My apartment flooded and the floor smelled like mildew, i told them it needs to be cleaned and ...
they said it would be at my expense (the flood was due to the water heater that had burst). there was another time they had to remove the padding in the rug because of another flood and never came back to put the padding down. There have been times that trash has been pilled up at the compactor , i was embarrassed to even have guest over because of that since its at the exit. Im so happy to be done with this place . Please continue looking elsewhere . I truly believe that the positive reviews listed are from the office staff because theres just no way any true tenant would ever write those reviews.

We have lived here several months now and we will definitely not be renewing a lease here. They are fantastic and return all your calls and bend over backwards for you until you are actually a tenant. Anytime I have called the office and have left a message for someone to call back they NEVER do. They say to put maintenance requests on the portal and it took several weeks for anyone to email us back about the issue, once again not calling us back. They do eventually fix things but they definitely ...

We had to downgrade from a house to our apartment here and we LOVE this place. From the tour to move in the office staff was so friendly and accommodating. The apartment is spacious and beautiful. We love the Screened Porch the most! Our neighbors are nice and quiet. Everyone is so friendly! We have been here for 2 months and have ZERO complaints. I would recommend moving here to anyone!

I love my new loft style apartment. Its so big....I can decorate how I want. The leasing lady Janelle is awesome and she was a great help making my move in so easy and smooth. She is always communicating with me even thru the hiccups regarding my move in date she did all she can to avoid any inconvenience with me moving on time and getting my place. maintenance came by my apartment the same day to fix everything.

I love my spacious Loft apartment. I have great neighbors that really care about the community. Ashland is a gated community and has easy access to downtown Atlanta and Athens! The grounds are always nice and the maintenance staff is incredible!
