Just moved in and already pest infestation!!
August 9, 2024Not even 24 hours after collecting the keys to my apartment, I counted ten roaches crawling in my space. As a first time renter this is a huge disappointment. I will say the management had an amazingly smooth application process and excellent communication but even after an initial deep cleaning and self pest treatment I come to move the first of my belongings in and am met with roaches crawling all over my space. Management says they treat for pests but upon moving into a newly renovated unit my ...first experience is insects. I will now have to spend more money in an attempt to rid my space of these pests. November 17, 2023I couldn’t have picked a better place to live when I decided to relocate to the Virginia area. Ashlawn Towers has all of the amenities you could ever want in an apartment home. The property is conveniently located a few miles from downtown DC. There are tons of stores and shops nearby. The leasing office staff is always kind and courteous. The property is safe, clean, and well-maintained. I can’t imagine moving until I’m ready to purchase my first home.Review from Apartments.com

December 9, 2021I was skeptical renting here after seeing some of the old reviews, but I've got to say that I have been pleasantly surprised. The management team are prompt and professional with requests and the units & common areas are well-maintained. Great home for 14 years
July 17, 2021I will miss the excellent view, solid concrete building (no noise from neighbors), the extremely convenient metrobus and Alexandria transit service (around the clock and a variety of metro rail stations), nice residents and staff, and the most affordable place for a working person (office downtown) in the whole region.Review from Apartments.com
