July 29, 2023My husband and I lived here for past 4 yrs. Property is well maintained. Any maintenance issues are addressed within 24-48hours. Lots of storage space with outside shed as well. Sue and Emily run the office well.Property Manager Responded

August 23, 2015This place is outstanding. We moved from MIchigan to Virginia Beach March 2015 and had to do most of our apartment shopping online prior to coming down. The management and staff were outstanding in giving us the info we needed to narrow our scope of choices. The management company cares enough to keep this complex updated even though it is a high turnover due to the military contingent in this area. The complex is currently under going a multi million dollar renovation in which each building ...is completely stripped to the studs and rebuilt. The amenities in the finished units are outstanding. Open floor plans, high end kitchen, large tubs, marble counters and electric fireplace. These units are also the best value in the area by far. The two bedroom two bath units are 1600 sq. ft. and we only pay 1125.00 per month. Nothing else around here even comes close. It is a smaller complex, only 149 units and each is an end unit as there are only 4 units per building. The management also keeps the rules enforced which I really appreciate. Huge apartment
August 22, 2015I love living here. They are currently renovating the apartments to update the outdated kitchen. I'm in an old apartment and once my lease is up I plan on moving in a renovated apartment. Only reason I gave 4 stars is I don't like the outdated kitchen. The apartments are huge and the 2 master suites are awesome. Was the most spacious apparent be I saw while searching for my new home. They have an awesome pool which stays very clean. What you need near you
August 12, 2015This place is all about the residents. I've never lived in a place that cared so much about making the residents happy and the living conditions the best possible. The few times I've had issues they were taken care of immediately by people who cared and wanted to get eh job done not just quickly, but done right. It also happens to be right near town center, a great shopping area, and fairly centrally located for anything else you could need or want like the mall, groceries, or pet supplies.Review from Apartments.com
