Parking They’re days where there are no parking available, but broken down pickups and trailers take up spots for months right in front of our buildings and you allow this as we have to park on the other end away from our apartments. No one uses the ones by the entrance to the garage but they can’t see them and are afraid someone might steal their broken down equipment. I guess I have to walk even though I only use one spot.

Move in day I noticed the unit i looked at wasn’t the one i was moving into & i don’t recall being told that. Lots of small damages that should have been fixed before i moved in. Very disappointing.

New/prospective tenants should be aware that the non-smoking policy is not enforced as smoke can be smelled all around the inside of the buildings and in your unit.
I have lived here for a bit over three years and for the past two years, we have tried to work with management to address an issue with our neighbors smoking indoors. Management has come and smelled the smoke and acknowledged it, yet, after two years have still not resolved the issue. It is unfortunate as the smoke seeps into our ...

This is NOT the luxury apartments your looking for. I hate living here and can't wait till my lease is done. Rude people live here that are super loud. Kids running around the hallways as soon as schools out. Walls are paper thin. 3-6 people living in 1 bedroom apartments sleeping on the floors in the living rooms they are so poor. Cars get broken into and vandalized in the parking lot and underground parking alot. Horrible at matching up neighbors. I'm currently living out of my bedroom since my ...
neighbors are super loud and their kid likes to kick my wall and jump up and down by it. Called the police a few times but they are still there doing it everyday. The lake in the park behind this place is actually a swamp. Dogs are allowed so enjoy listening to dogs bark all the time. The management and employees in the office are useless minus the maintenance crew. They never help resolve any problem. They just don't care. Have fun listening to the place across from here get remodeled for another yr or 2. You can definitely find a better place. I could care less if they just remodeled. It's not gonna change that this area is the slums of Eagan. It's not worth it in my opinion.
