Roaches everywhere !!! Under New management even worse then the previous landlady. Danielle will ignore your requests. However she emails tenants everyday about what she wants and needs from them! Has Mold !! Over priced! No maintenance on site , false advertising! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

The staff is nice here but parking horriable. It always smell of nasty food and smoke in the hallways and not enough storage space in bedroom or kitchen. Theres always someone fighting or stompibg up and down the stairs

This was a very good location, on the edge of Norristown and East Norriton. It's tucked away so its close to stores but also very private.It was what i was looking for; a place that accepts dogs and has paid utilities. I recommend this building
