????? I've had a great experience at Atlantic Park Living. The location is hard to beat, overlooking Atlantic Park, Virginia Beach's new surf park. Depending on your apartment, you may even have an ocean view between the hotels along the boardwalk. Everything is within walking distance, including The Grill, Wise Guys Pizza, Mi Vida, Milk & Honey, Nami Nori, several coffee shops, and the beach, which is only two blocks away. The community features a residents-only infinity pool, gym, game room, ...
and comfortable common areas. There are two buildings with a variety of modern floor plans, many with balconies. Apartments include LG smart appliances that work with the LG ThinQ app and can be Alexa-enabled. The staff has been friendly and helpful, and the secure entrances, elevators, and resident-only package and mail rooms are a nice bonus. I'd definitely recommend Atlantic Park Living.

The leasing office personnel has been more than accommodating to my pup and I since moving in earlier this week. Brief interactions with my fellow community members has been a welcoming experience and the area has so much to explore and do! The views are great and location is beyond amazing. The unit is very well designed, with lots of open space and large floor to ceiling windows that allow plenty of daylight. My only constructive criticism is that there are no screens when you open the balcony door (evidently, they are optional, but Atlantic Park Living does not offer them--residents must have them fabricated and installed), and I am very disappointed that recycling is not available from the trash service.

Move in was a breeze. Parking dedicated specially for residents. Can be kind of loud on the west side when there are events at the dome but nothing too disturbing. Good gym and pool. Walking distance to beach. No problems with management so far.
