You get what you pay for
October 3, 2015Cheaply made, roach infested, drug infested apartments in a really good neighborhood. Apparently they've been bought out by the same people that own the Kontour but that just means the prices are going to sky rocket for these shoebox apartments. The free basic cable is nice but that's about it. The neighbors are loud, there's always a shady drug deal going on in the parking lot. Not safe for children, although they're running rampant, at least 2-4 children per 1 bedroom apartment.Review from Apartments.com
