The best
June 28, 2019The best service ever! We seen the model apartment and it was exactly what we were hoping for. No warning whatsoever about the apartment we were going to move into. Clean cabinets,no roaches, clean walls, heater work, New carpet, and most of all awesome staff. But my wife and I made sure that we wrote EVERYTHING down.Property Manager Responded

Horrible
October 23, 2017Worst service ever! We seen the model apartment and it was exactly what we were hoping for. No warning whatsoever about the apartment we were going to move into. Greasy cabinets, roaches, so many dents on the walls, heater didn't work, air bubbles on the ceiling, carpet lifted up, windows didn't stay up, no microwave lol. But my husband and I made sure that we wrote EVERYTHING down. And good thing we did because we had a leak during the winter and our mattress was soaked because of that air ...bubble( which we wrote down), when we went to tell one of the ladies in the office, she said "well I don't remember about any air bubble" acting stupid like that wasn't there before! Your job is to do the best you can to even look concerned or fake it I don't care, she was just rude. It takes so long to get someone to come fix anything, and when they do they come whenever they feel like it and don't even ask you ahead of time if they're coming or not to see if we're busy. Our apartment was freezing at a time and for weeks we couldn't get someone to fix our heater. Some guys came into our apartment while we were gone( we had the iring cameras thank goodness) to fix our soaked mattress (lol) by steaming it clean, okay cool whatever right? Well when we got home our mattress was wet, which is what we were expecting, BUT, there's dirty HAND PRINTS on it ? You couldn't bother washing your hands? It's a memory foam mattress, very expensive! We didn't even bother to do anything about, we were just fed up with everything that was happing...I kinda regret it now, we still have the photos though. There's so much more I would like to write down but I just can't, it's so much. One last thing I do want to mention is that, I don't think they ever fixed the ceiling because our ripped air bubble is still there AND they have a giant piece of plastic on top of our roof. It looks ridiculous and unprofessional. I have a cat and she plays with it and scratches it up and makes a big mess on my patio, and I'm afraid she'll jump. Loving the Southwest
September 15, 2017I am a single woman new to the Southwest so I was looking for a reasonably priced, safe community. I hit the jackpot with Atrium Court. Love, love, love the staff --- from the Manager, Leasing Agent, to the Maintenance Staff. And did I mention nightly security that patrol the community. I also loved the amenities in my newly renovated apartment --new kitchen cabinets and countertops, as well as, lots of storage with closet organization units. Love my decision. very shabby
January 4, 2017I lived here for one year and never had a good experience with the staff. The staff are not friendly or understanding, there's always some type of miscommunication with them, they either don't explain everything very well or fail to mention so many things. The apartments are poorly insulated, winters are very cold, and summers are scorching hot due to the poorly installed windows. So expect your electricity bill to be high. They also have water problems. By that I mean, the water is shut off ...for hours every other day for repairs, hot water is not hot at all, cold water usually comes out of the kitchen sink and bathroom sinks. Tenants happen to be very loud at all hours and there seems to be no noise restrictions here. The location is probably the only positive thing about this property.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Pet unfriendly
June 23, 2016I was interested in moving into an apartment until they told me that there is a $300 per pet deposit. I have two wonderful cats, but to move in it would cost me $600 plus $35 in pet rent totalling over $400 for the lease. So many places scam pet owners out of money.Review from Apartments.com

an average life
September 8, 2015These apartments are prett y good. I live in a two bedroom apt and two baths. I live here with my son and parents. Its not a bad living area it is quiet and its is close to the mall and bus line. The only thing I wish they had was a washer and dryer. They did upgrade the appliances and counter tops. They do offer bug spray weekly if needed. overall good place to stay for a family. Another down fall is the room and closet space is very small for a two people.Review from Apartments.com
