Great Place to call home The livings standards are high, and the staff is phenomenal. Quiet and located just a few blocks from the sand at Chics Beach. Big shout out to the property management staff!

Weed smoke regularly seeps into my apartment and makes it smell like someone is smoking inside my unit. This has been reported repeatedly with no improvement.

The employees at Windsong apartments were extremely helpful to my daughter and I when we were apartment hunting. Everyone we spoke to was very kind,. The employee that handled most of our questions and concerns was Koron. My daughter is looking forward to living in this community.

Very small apartments, thin walls, can hear a lot from the apartment next to you, sinks and bathtub clog easily, doesnt have thermostat , just space heaters and an AC unit, very terrible experience, wouldnt recommend it

I was a tenant for Windsong July 2016 - July 2017. I am currently in a battle with their office because I have YET to receive my security deposit back. I left July 31st and I'm writing this October 26th. They took the amount they considered worthy out of my deposit real quick because it suited them, but for the amount left that is MINE, I have not seen it. I've called them multiple times over the past couple of months and I keep getting the run around and the "let me take your information down", ...
and that is where it ends. The manager of this apartment complex has not reached out to me. So if you want to roll the dice and possibly get robbed and have terrible leadership not follow through on their JOBS, then by all means...live here.

I love my neighbors;) super cheap! Good size bedrooms. And it's 10 min from the beach if u walk!! Its close to everything. Gym. Grocery store. Thrust store. Shopping! I love it here.

We are minutes from the Chesapeake Bay. Just a short drive from Town Center of Virginia Beach. And if you're military, we are located just outside the navy base. We have newly renovated Pet Area & swimming pool on site. The staff here are always ready to help and always friendly to talk to.
