Love that this place comes with a tv! Thank you Kathryn for helping me all the way! Maintenance is amazing as ever. Usually at other places I have a hard time getting someone to help me with anything. These guys are here usually same day if they can be and they are always respectful of my home.

This building is in an excellent location away from some of the commotion that Ames offers. If you are a student this apartment has a bus route within walking distance. If you like fitness, there is an amazing gym within running distance. If you like the outdoors there is amazing wildlife and a beautiful park close by. I found these apartments to be peaceful for the most part.
