She made the transition effortless, and other staff members were just as great. Yemana was super responsive and attentive when I had to put in a work order. January 27, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI have now lived at Aurora for a year and have decided to renew my lease for another 15 months. With that said; although I love the staff and still think this is a great location, there are issues that make me rate my experience at a 3. The water pressure is not great at all, you can hear almost everything from other units and outside, and most recently I have had issues with roaches in my unit for the past 6 months; which according to the pest control there is nothing I can do about it as it is ...not an issue of cleanliness or anything on my part, but an issue with holes/gapping under the cabinetry. All in all though; I do like my unit, majority of the residents are nice and welcoming, the office staff is great and fast acting with issues, and the cost is reasonable.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
