March 22, 2025The staff at Aurora Watson is incredible. Ruth was helpful, thorough, and patient throughout the entire process. She made the transition effortless, and other staff members were just as great. Yemana was super responsive and attentive when I had to put in a work order. He showed up within an hour of the request!!! He also made sure that I was informed about the rental policy so I wouldn’t be charged upon moving out.Property Manager Responded

January 27, 2025I have now lived at Aurora for a year and have decided to renew my lease for another 15 months. With that said; although I love the staff and still think this is a great location, there are issues that make me rate my experience at a 3. The water pressure is not great at all, you can hear almost everything from other units and outside, and most recently I have had issues with roaches in my unit for the past 6 months; which according to the pest control there is nothing I can do about it as it is ...not an issue of cleanliness or anything on my part, but an issue with holes/gapping under the cabinetry. All in all though; I do like my unit, majority of the residents are nice and welcoming, the office staff is great and fast acting with issues, and the cost is reasonable.Property Manager Responded
