So far so great. The apartment's staff are very welcoming and are efficient when it comes to their job. They made the move
in process quick and easy. The apartment itself is beautiful. The maintenance team is also very quick to respond. The amenities of the property are very well up kept. Overall, my experience here has been great!

The staff at Aurora Watson is incredible. Ruth was helpful, thorough, and patient throughout the entire process. She made the transition effortless, and other staff members were just as great. Yemana was super responsive and attentive when I had to put in a work order. He showed up within an hour of the request!!! He also made sure that I was informed about the rental policy so I wouldn’t be charged upon moving out.

My move in experience was awsome everyone was so helpful and I got moved in with no problem. Staff was amazing they had my key ready when I arrived to move in and showed me where my movers could unload and use the elevator.

Karen went above and beyond to help me feel welcome from the moment I stepped inside to tour the property. She was very thorough and answered questions I didn’t know I had. The property itself is spotlessly clean with a gorgeous, contemporary interior design that feels sophisticated and yet cozy & comfortable. The neighbors and staff I have met so far have been so incredibly friendly and kind - I’m excited for this new chapter!

I enjoy living at Aurora Watson Branch. I've renewed my lease several times. The entire staff Sherry, Terrance, Ruth and Karen are friendly and always helpful. If I have an issue in my apartment maintenance always responds in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

I have now lived at Aurora for a year and have decided to renew my lease for another 15 months. With that said; although I love the staff and still think this is a great location, there are issues that make me rate my experience at a 3. The water pressure is not great at all, you can hear almost everything from other units and outside, and most recently I have had issues with roaches in my unit for the past 6 months; which according to the pest control there is nothing I can do about it as it is ...
not an issue of cleanliness or anything on my part, but an issue with holes/gapping under the cabinetry. All in all though; I do like my unit, majority of the residents are nice and welcoming, the office staff is great and fast acting with issues, and the cost is reasonable.

the doors slamming anytime anyone enters or leaves their apartment and dogs barking needs to be addressed. Walls are thin and you can actually hear your neighbors as if they are in your living room

The staff is very nice and welcoming. The complex is beautiful and theres plenty of amenities. The gym is great and theres a park less than 5 minutes away which is super nice.

I've had such a superb positive moving experience at Aurora Branch! This has by far been the best community I've lived at, and I've arrived at that conclusion after only 3 days. Everyone here so far is friendly, the staff has been extremely friendly, and the apartment is beautiful and so clean!
