Outdated Apartments, Terrible Landlords

I would highly suggest no one rent from this place. The apartments are NOT maintained by the landlord even if you put in maintenance requests. The appliances and everything in my apartment were very outdated and the stove did not work. No maintenance was ever sent to fix anything despite putting in multiple maintenance requests. The landlord completely disregarded our move in sheet when moving us out and attempted to stick us with an extraordinarily high bill for damages that existed before we ...

Apartment is okay-nothing spectacular. Appliances are outdated (stove and microwave are verified products of the 1980s) but the unit has a new washer dryer in unit which really makes the unit. Landlord is prompt with maintenance requests and friendly. Overall, decent for the price.
