October 25, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comyes as they say best newest apartments in ocean county. they look nice . but that's about it. it's about the people you live next too. bad design . share hallways. they are sometimes filthy . bugs in the light fixtures . garbage left out in all ways. disrespectful neighbors. people can not stop parking in my spot and no way to enforce it. my neighbor has had bed bugs I know it. extermintaor should routinely check in each unit. they do not. only if requested . ok someone with bed bugs won't ...report it because there embarrassed. spreads even more ..Read More

July 8, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comPoor management . They enforce rules not in the lease . They break the lease . Lease states no smoking within 50 feet of building . They just set up smoking area within 10 feet of my window . Honestly not happy thinking about breaking lease early . I should be able to break lease free of charge since they can break rules in lease and set up smoking areas next to building . Lease clearly states no smoking within 50 feet.

Beautiful Apartment and Landscaping, plenty of parking, i was aware when i signed my lease that their was 1 Assigned parking spot and numerous Guest spots throughout. Neighbors are nice. The Townhome complex behind the apartments is beautiful. Management is quick to react to any concerns i have! Thanks for such a great first time apartment experience.

No paying rent online . No maintenance person at all. Smokers smoke outside front door hall ways smell of smoke can't open windows because of smokers smoking on front stoop and it will rise into open windows No smoking allowed tho. People pile things up in the hallways in front of the doors . Fire hazard . No one cleans the hallways . They have ...stains from people's ripped trash bags being dragged on carpet .Front door is slams shut non stop . Get a softer closing door. Nothing to do no balcanony no outside area .Abandoned new half finished building directly in front of complex I guess they decided not to finish it or lost money . Landscaping is good. Lawns are nice apartment are nice also neighbor are good. Safe neighborhood and place to stay a year than find something better.Read More
