DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT move to this complex! Nothing ever remains fixed here. This supposed to be a gated community, but the gates NEVER work. They have been broken for over a year. Also, the pools, laundry room, exercise room, playgrounds & trash compactor are ALWAYS under repairs. I lived here for 5 years & the only thing I enjoyed was thw sweet elderly lady that picks up trash on her golf cart. Even the management (Marixsa) is VERY unprofessional & quick to falsely accuse residents before ...
doing thorough investigations. You are better off elsewhere!!!

It is a three bedrooms apartment. I like the location because it's only five miles from Orlando international airport, but some neighbors don't consider others living here.

*Pros:
-Cheap rent. We're a couple with one income and pay $650, water included
- Walking distance from a neighborhood Walmart, a Publix, Subway
- Lynx Bus stop right in front of neighborhood
- 10-15 mins away from Chipotle, Starbucks, Panera, Chick-fil-a, Planet Smoothie, Cracker Barrell..... basically there are like 10 restaurants right down the road
*Cons:
- Very old buildings
- Maintenance is slow to getting to requests
- Walls are SUPER thin, I can hear everything from both my neighbors ...
(behind us and next door)
- Gate is always broken
- pool is always closed down
- gym is always in "repairs"-- since we moved here last year
- Loud noisy parties
