October 20, 2025I absolutely love my room it's huge and when it rains I can leave the back door open and hear it. The balcony is spacious. I like the office staff a lot. I believe they work extra and will work in adverse conditions, which means a lot to me.Property Manager Responded

Great tour, large floor plans

February 24, 2025First and foremost, I'd like to point out that safety is number one priority to me, and I found that at avia lowry. The staff are amazing here. My questions are always answered almost immediately. I put in 2 work orders and they were taken care of right away.I was surprised! The complex is well maintained and very clean. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. Wanting to move in to a nice, safe environment, and especially if you have kids. It seems like the area is kids friendly there's a ...park literally on the other side of the street, where I can take my kids. December 30, 2024So far I am unsatisfied with my experience in Avia Lowry. Problems of Maintanence take months to be solved, and seems no one cares about that. Especially if we talk about a oven that we use almost everyday for cooking healthy food home. I don't want to imagine what happens if the fridge doesn't work. December 20, 2024Delays, Delays, Loud Community. Community feels to be subsidized or low income / affordable housing. It reflects the type of irresponsible or ignorant tenants that you share a community with. Quiet Enjoyment legal rights seem to be a noon factor for noise ordinance here.
