January 23, 2025My family has lived at these apartments for over a year now and I can say with confidence this is the best apartment community we have ever lived in. I have a child on the Autism spectrum that is very social. Even though the office can be pretty busy at times, Alicia and Gabrielle never make my son feel like he is inconveniencing them when he wants to pop in to say hello or ask about their day. Gabrielle has even gone above and beyond to reward my son with Pokémon cards, a special interest of ...his, for having a great week at school. They give true meaning to the word COMMUNITY. But it doesn’t stop there. When we have a maintenance issue, Chad is always on it. My son is very curious and fascinated with repairs and tools which can sometimes cause interference but Chad never makes my son feel like a bother. He’ll explain what he’s doing or what tool he’s using. And if there is any delay such as needing to order a part or waiting to hear back from a third party, someone always makes sure to call us to keep us informed. We could go on and on about Blvd 45. It’s a safe area for those with families. Very convenient for highway, stores and activities. And most importantly, they make you feel like you’re part of a true neighborhood. We’ve renewed our lease from our original year to 18 months and will continue to do so until we get into a house.Property Manager Responded
