Horrible management and staff

This was a decent complex with an excellent management five years ago since then, it has being the worst managed complex since then. I lived in this complex for ten years. Though a good complex close to everything you would ask for. Here are few things to note about management: Very rude, yells and screams on the phone, do not answer phone while at the office. Service requests are not performed in a timely fashion. Refuses to provide information on their area supervisor. A lot of tenants are ...

moving out due to the poor services provided by management. Until management is changed I highly recommend not stepping a foot at this complex for now.

This place is great. The apartments are huge and have tons of storage. There is a washer and dryer's and a gas fireplace. There's lots of parking and they offer carports and garages plus they have tons of amenities. This place really is the best Des Moines's has to offer.

The apartments are well maintained and spacious. there is tonnes of parking and the management is efficient. would have given them a 5 star but am having a hard time living on the second floor with an active 3 year old boy and apparently the quiet hours rule don't apply to me. so my son cant run, dance speak on the balcony during the day because it irritates the person living below us.
