August 21, 2015We are close to all the amenities; shopping, restaurants, movie theater, markets and more. US Post Office on 39th Street, Gas Company 2 blocks north and DWP on the corner. The community itself is gated with key entrance with telephone for visitors to call for entrance. Laundry facility in the back (4 washers/4 dryers). Spacious apartments (bachelor, 1 and 2 bedroom), lots of closet space, eat-in kitchen, granite counter tops, stoves and refrigerators in some units and carpet. Front and back door ...entrances. The Best Apartment Under the Sun
August 12, 2015My apartment complex is wonderful. Good maintenance service and a Manager to die for (figure of speech). The rent is reasonable and affordable. Beautiful surroundings. Close to restaurants, DWP on the corner, along with the Gas Company two blocks north of 39th Street and the US Post Office on the corner. The Crenshaw Mall with a movie theater is across the street. Close to bus transportation as well as the train going into downtown. Ample street parking and some garage parking for a nominal ...fee. The grounds have recently been upgraded and the flowers are beautiful. The apartments have lots of closet space with have front and back door access.
