The apartments themselves are modern and spacious, featuring lovely details like granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The layout is well thought out, providing ample space for both living and working ...from home. I particularly enjoy the in-home washer and dryer, which adds a level of convenience that I appreciate daily. Location-wise, Balsam on Broadway is unbeatable. Nestled next to Downtown St. Paul, it offers easy access to shopping, dining, and parks.
