Their professionalism and friendliness create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The apartments themselves are modern and spacious, featuring lovely details like granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The layout is well thought out, providing ample space for both living and working ...from home. I particularly enjoy the in-home washer and dryer, which adds a level of convenience that I appreciate daily. Location-wise, Balsam on Broadway is unbeatable.
