The layout is well thought out, providing ample space for both living and working ...from home. I particularly enjoy the in-home washer and dryer, which adds a level of convenience that I appreciate daily. Location-wise, Balsam on Broadway is unbeatable. Nestled next to Downtown St. Paul, it offers easy access to shopping, dining, and parks.
