The HOA is happy to take your money and hand out violations. However when it comes time for them to do repairs on things around the community it doesn't happen.

I love it here. My boyfriend and I decided to get a bigger place and got a roommate to offset the cost. Our apartment, which runs $725 a month, is enough space to make sure the three of us have our own space, but cozy enough to really be called home. All of the windows give our cat a great place to relax and let's us enjoy the awesome Tucson sunsets. In short, there's no other place I'd rather be.
