On the border of TriBeCa and Financial District this stunning, modern and safe apartment block is a little slice of heaven in crazy NY. Pool, sun decks, gym, kids playroom, business centre, onsite dry cleaner and the friendliest doormen in all of Manhattan - leaves you wanting for nothing. The apartments boast high ceilings, tons of storage, washer/dryer and air con that's as silent as a mouse. All fixtures and fittings are modern and the communal areas beautifully maintained.
