July 21, 2015On the border of TriBeCa and Financial District this stunning, modern and safe apartment block is a little slice of heaven in crazy NY. Pool, sun decks, gym, kids playroom, business centre, onsite dry cleaner and the friendliest doormen in all of Manhattan - leaves you wanting for nothing.
