On the border of TriBeCa and Financial District this stunning, modern and safe apartment block is a little slice of heaven in crazy NY. Pool, sun decks, gym, kids playroom, business centre, onsite dry cleaner and the friendliest doormen in all of Manhattan - leaves you wanting for nothing. The apartments boast high ceilings, tons of storage, washer/dryer and air con that's as silent as a mouse. All fixtures and fittings are modern and the communal areas beautifully maintained. Close to City Hall ...
Park, the Freedom Tower and the totally revitalized Battery Park area and the new Brookfield Place there's plenty to keep you busy.
