April 30, 2019Just moved in and am truly happy to call this home! Ashlee who is the on-site manager is warm/caring and welcoming just what sold me on wanting to live here. The apartments are well kept, clean and very updated. Had a maintenance issue come up right after move in and was fixed very quickly. So very thankful to be a resident. Ownership should be thanked as well for placing their trust in Ashlee. She truly makes west 8th the best. I plan to refer my friends.Review from Apartments.com

August 26, 2015Very nice luxury apartments. High cost but is to be expected for a luxury place. Good for college kids willing to share rooms as it is close to the school and river.
