Whether you're coming for Lunch, Dinner, or even Brunch, Briarwood Inn is prepared to fulfill all your culinary desire. For those wanting to enjoy a good brunch, they have a great menu of delicious meals, including Eggs Briarwood, poached eggs, California avocados and tomatoes served atop English muffins, glazed in Hollandaise and then finished off with a large shrimp, or Eggs Columbia, with salmon, poached in white wine, served in a pastry with an asparagus cream sauce, topped with a poached egg, with a touch of dill butter. They also have delicious omelettes, with your choice of ham, Swiss, bacon, onions, mushrooms, cheddar avocado or tomato, prime rib, or prime benedict, eggs benedict and prime rib together for one tasty dish. They also have a fantastic afternoon tea, with your choice of hot tea, as well as fresh baked scones, soup, cakes, and fresh sorbet.
