New management is terrible. They never answer phone and if they do Merilyn typically has an attitude or no answer for your questions. Apts are out dated and old. Living room picture is misleading and neighborhood is unsafe. Can easily hear shooting while in apt sometimes. Do not intend to renew lease.

I moved in baytown in October. It is very peaceful. When i first came in i met ariel she was very sweet and showed me a nice apartment. she helped me alot and even helped me get my paystub info together. when i moved in the manager amanda was welcoming and answered my questions she stayed late because i did not get off of work until after the office closed when i moved in. i have not had any problems in my apartment but i see the maintenance workers always working and keepig the area clean they ...
are nice. i would defenietely recoment baytown to anyone looking for a nice affordable place to live

Office staff is more than helpful! I moved in July and Ariel and Miss Amanda are willing to go the extra mile to help. Maintenance staff is knowledgeable and respond to any issues immediately. I was skeptical but am really glad I moved here. The complex is quiet and all of my neighbors are nice.
