    The staff has been polite, but my overall experience here has been disappointing. When we moved in, the toilet was broken and the sink had very poor water pressure, which eventually stopped working. The upstairs bathroom vent brings in strong marijuana smells from neighboring units, which makes it unusable. The flooring feels cheaply done, parking is difficult, and the area can feel unsafe at times. Despite the lease stating this is a drug-free community, it doesn’t seem to be enforced. For ...
    military families or those seeking a quiet and well-maintained home, I would not recommend this place. I hope improvements are made for future residents.

    Poor management lack of communication they overcharge and under deliver parking is terrible at night even on the weekends maintenance orders. Forget about it rapid response from the office forget about it you will regret living here.

  • Management sucks!

    I’ve lived here for two years and this property has changed management 3 times now?!?! It used to be nice here but within this past year my stove had gone out. My heat has gone out. They once made a mistake putting in my check for less than what it was written out for then tried to accuse me of not paying my rent. All of the workers in the office are rude and don’t even know what they are doing.
