imagine everything criminal but no shootings this is the place, from stealing into cars, mail and laundry, car speeding blasting music, drug dealers. yeah stay away and thank me later I moved out 2 months ago!

The amities listed are either non existent or are not operational. The grounds have trash everywhere. Pond is full of trash.
In a year pest control has been here 3xs supposed to be here every other week.
If you don’t treat the whole building it’s not really doing much anyway.
They allow 8 people to live in 1 bedroom apartment.
When you say anything to management they say they need pictures. Even the rare time someone does something continually so u can get a picture. Nothing is done.
I hate ...
coming in when it’s raining no gutters and there is waterfall coming dead center on the steps. You get wetter coming in then standing in the rain.
Oh but they are painting signs and putting in new flowers.
I can’t imagine how people are use to living if this place is considered nice.
