ALERT for security
June 16, 2025I have been living in this building 50 Ruddington Dr,for a year and a half. Unfortunately, there have been several theft incidents in different units, including my own. Despite bringing this up multiple times with the management, no real action has been taken. It feels like the safety and security of residents is not a priority here. May 2, 2025I have been a resident at 50 Ruddington Drive, part of the Bayview Towers complex managed by Schickedanz Bros. Properties. Unfortunately, my experience here has been increasingly disappointing due to significant security issues and the management’s inadequate and unprofessional responses. There have been multiple incidents of theft in neighboring units, yet management has failed to implement effective security measures or communicate any plans to address these concerns. Most recently, my ...vehicle, along with those of four other tenants, was vandalized in the underground parking garage. Windows were shattered, and personal property was damaged. This incident has left me feeling unsafe and unsupported in my own home. After these incidents, we approached the management multiple times seeking solutions. Unfortunately, we were met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior, which only added to our frustration and sense of insecurity. The lack of proactive measures, poor communication, and unprofessional conduct from the management in addressing these serious issues is unacceptable. As a result, I feel compelled to seek alternative housing arrangements where safety and tenant concerns are prioritized.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
