Rude and unprofessional
December 4, 2024The lady in charge of the application process is extremely rude, I'm understanding that they have requirements that are to avoid "bad" renters but my experience with her as a first time renter trying to look for a place was very awful. I tried getting a 1 bdr unit and met all the requirements, only problem was I didn't have rental history and couldn't get the employee verification letter. My employer doesn't give verification letter because people in the past have tampered with them and misused ...them, but my employer was happy to call and verify another way but when she did the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Hope the owner looks into how the manager runs things very unprofessional and very rude. Any first renters that have no or little experience with the rental application process I strongly suggest looking somewhere else you won't have fun applying here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
