I lived at this property until June 3, 2016 at which time there was a major fire that made the apartment uninhabitable. While the fire was traumatic, the treatment from Bigos (the company that manages/owns Beach South at the Lake) made the experience exponentially worse for my wife, dog, and I. Aside from fairly blatant lies that were told to us regarding the demolition date of the building, access to the unit, status of our property in the unit, etc... determine - without any form of consent - that they would demolish the structure without providing us with any access to salvage any of our property. The treatment from Bigos was so horrendous that I didn't feel comfortable making the move across country that we already had planned without hiring a lawyer first. I can't/won't tell you what you should/shouldn't do, but can tell you that I will never do any business with this company again.
