September 24, 2024Nice, new townhomes...many with an incredible view of the Oak Hill Area. The units themselves have pluses and minuses. Some of the townhomes, like ours, is free standing so it's nice not to be touching walls with another home. Lots of space and a good value. Nice design of the townhomes so they don't all look the same. Some negatives would be the appliances are cheap and some of the build out, like the cabinets and such are on the cheap side. There's not much of a community here...a dog park and ...a trail so don't expect a pool or anything.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 31, 2023I've lived here for 2-3 years and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The community is fantastic, with beautiful grounds, and a friendly atmosphere. The homes itself are modern, spacious, and feels like home. The management team is incredibly helpful and responsive.
